Metalized Chrome Vinyl.  The look of a bright silver polyester with the versatility of vinyl.  You can thermal cut intricate shapes eliminating the need for expensive steel rule dies.  Great for prespaced graphics and doming projects.

Now you can have removable wall graphics that adhere to dry wall and leave no mark or damage when they are removed.  Perfect for any application that requires a constant changing of graphics and information.

Equipment
We’ve recently purchased a second  M&R Eclipse with automatic take-off that, along with the 40” x 56” screening area, improves printing time by as much as 45%.

Adcraft has also added a third urethane doming machine that not only does typical doming, but can also do script and micro doming.  The ease of programming allows for a quick set up time and increased production.

Production
Thinking Green is quickly becoming the responsible mandate for all industries.  Soy based screen printing inks are now available using both organic and sustainable compounds reducing the carbon footprint.  all inks are recyclable and come in recycled containers.

Partial urethane doming can be applied to any substrate and will boost your graphics image with a highlighted 3 dimensional look.

Selective texturing is now available for polycarbonates and other plastics.  This allows a textured look to your graphics, while keeping windows or key verbiage clear.

Adcraft has developed a method of doming that offers you a domed decal with no adhesive.  This is commonly used in applications where the customer wants to use their own fastening method.

We continue to offer our manufacture and hold policy.  This gives you the opportunity to take advantage of better pricing based on overall volume.  We will manufacture and hold with releases and billing over a six month period.

Our art department can provide digital samples of a project when you need something to “touch and feel” or when your engineering department is trying to conceptualize the graphic.
