Adcraft Art Guidelines

Adcraft Graphic ArtistAdcraft Decals maintains a full-service art department employing a design team that will take your ideas and transform them into eye-catching, cost effective products.  The following guidelines will streamline art preparation and ensure a quality job from start to finish.

Adcraft can accept your digital art files via e-mail (art@adcraftdecals.com) or on CD.  We work primarily in Adobe Illustrator, but can utilize files created in many programs, including Adobe Acrobat, Quark Express, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Photoshop, CoreDRAW!, and Adobe Pagemaker.  If you are sending your files via e-mail, we recommend that you compress the files by zipping or stuffing them (except .pdf or .jpg files).  Be sure to send the font files that you use as well as any placed images that are to be included in your artwork.

If your decal requirements include an extremely close tolerance, we will request a blueprint.  If your decal is to fit into a recessed area, when possible, arrange with your Customer Service Representative to send the
actual piece that the decal will be applied to.

Adcraft matches colors by duplicating customer-supplied color swatches or by matching customer specified Pantone numbers.  Include the Pantone colors you would like us to match in your art file or convey your color requirements to your sales representative.

Prior to production we will submit a digital color proof (.pdf) by e-mail or supply you with a color print for your approval.

If you have any questions or need assistance with your design please contact us - we'll be glad to help.
